Scheme Design
In the scheme design phase, we translate your vision into initial sketches that provide a clear picture of the building's appearance, functionality, construction costs, materials, and site orientation. This phase allows for open communication and collaboration, as we welcome your feedback and make necessary adjustments. Once you are fully satisfied with the scheme design, we can proceed to the next phase, which involves developing detailed drawings, obtaining approvals, and preparing for the construction phase.
Detail Design
During the detail design phase, we create fully detailed drawings for construction purposes. The specific types of drawings required depend on the project but typically include architectural, structural, electrical, and mechanical drawings. Additional drawings such as interior design and landscaping plans may also be included if needed.

Post-Contract
For clients who want a single point of accountability from groundbreaking to handover, we offer full turnkey delivery. This means we take on the construction phase directly — managing the build, coordinating trades, procuring materials, and supervising every stage of construction through our in-house team.
Alternatively, where clients prefer to appoint their own contractor, we provide independent construction supervision to ensure the project is built precisely to the approved design. In both cases, we handle all permits, registrations, and regulatory approvals required for construction to proceed smoothly.
